Refund and Returns Policy

At Odic, we stand behind the Odic Board. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Our Promise: No Time Limit

Unlike most retailers, we do not put a 30 or 90 day clock on your decision. You may request a return or exchange at any time after purchase, with no expiration date, for as long as you own an Odic Board. There is no restocking fee.

Eligibility

To keep this policy sustainable while remaining open-ended, we ask that:

The device is in good working condition, without physical damage caused by misuse or accident.
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Original accessories (power adapter and stand) are included where possible. Missing accessories may result in a partial refund reflecting their replacement cost.

Devices that are lost, stolen, or destroyed are not eligible for return, but remain covered separately under our warranty terms for manufacturing defects.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and a shipping address.
Pack the device securely and ship it back to us.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement after we process it.

Exchanges

If your Odic Board is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. If you would simply like a different unit for another reason, exchanges are handled the same way as a return followed by a new order.

Return Shipping

For defective or damaged units, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted at the time of your request.
